Theres nothing more comfy than wearing an oversized shirt as a dress. I love the feeling of being free. I don’t care much if the shirt is kinda seetrhu so I make sure I match my underwear in the same color palette as the shirt! Embroidery is one of my biggest loves, everything that has details, flowers and colors. This Johnny Was Boyfriend Shirt Dress is everything I want to wear. Some Valentino flats and a Vintage Gucci and I am ready for the day! Messy hair don’t care 😉
I have been shopping this brand since 2013, when I discovered it by accident. I was looking for a brand that would let me customize the length or height of the garment because I’m only 5’2 and I have to alter my pants and dresses most of the time. So I came across this website, and I found paradise. They have awesome prints and designs and you can customize literally everything.
They relaunched their website this year and added two more styles to the abroad selection that they had before, so now you can shop Contemporary and Bohemian. They also introduced new categories like jumpsuits which are my favourite and If you know me I’m all for Boho Looks. I love embroideries, flowy fabrics and prints, and being comfy, so I’m really excited. As I was scrolling thru their webpage, I am already falling in love with a couple of items and I want to share them with you!
FOR MY READERS ONLY: If you liked this pieces as much as I do, you can get a $35 coupon at their webstore www.eshakti.com using CODE VINDES35 at check out! Enjoy your summer and be comfy and boho chic 😉
I came across this cool spot on Decatur, Ga. It is a very old antique shop with a very cool backyard. The shops offer all kinds of antiques and old finds. For those who love antiques like me, this spot is worth seeing. Located between the Dekalb’s Farmers Market and the
Anthony’s Pizza if you want to find different, very original antiques this is the spot to be 🙂 and also it was nice enjoying a nice backyard!!!

Autumn is leaving us behind and opening the doors to a very cold winter. Perfect days are the sunny days full of warm rays of light that nourishes our spirits. Today I went for a fun adventure. SkyView Atlanta. Where you can ride this gigantic ferris wheel and see the whole city. It was really fun and I had a blast! Truly recommend to do it if you are in town or visiting for the holidays.
I was wearing an embroidered shirt by American Rag, leggins by American Apparel, Faux Fur by Loft, Rebecca Minkoff Bag, Corso Como High Knee Boots and Channel sunnies. Bunny cellphone case by Moschino.
Go and explore your city, it always has something new to show you!

Atlanta has beautiful places, it is a modern city with hints of old architecture and lots of nature and great food. I love to explore the city every time I get a chance; Walking thru its streets is defenetly a pleasure. Here I am, wearing a striped top with leather sleeves from JCrew, denim jeans by JBrand, stiletto heels by Aldo and bag by Longchamp. And with my pink hair on the sides which I love!
“Inspired by world cultures, the arts, and historical dressmaker techniques, this JOHNNY WAS design transcends fashion trends with its beautifully crafted embroidery and one-of-a-kind accessories. Embracing the quintessential California bohemian lifestyle, JOHNNY WAS appeals to the modern gypsy”. This brand captures my essence all the way. Boho-chic clothing fit for ones daily wardrobe all the way.
This dress embroidery is very detailed with vibrant colors and the fabric has an amazing flow. Reminds me of Emmylou Harris and Bob Marley at the same time. It has that Jamaican vibe.
I combined the dress with some blue socks and oxford’s with wooden high heels from Hinge, Russian Red lipstick from MAC, and pink chunks on my hair with Crazy Color. Eyes bracelet by El’Aura Store, find it on instagram @elaurastore, and turquoise beaded bracelet by colombian designer Mercedes Salazar.

I’m absolutely in love with my gorgeous ‘Olvine Playsuit’ from online store http://www.orchidsandspice.com This store carries really fun, and unique pieces, it has a mix of boho vibes and retro style. The playsuit that I am wearing has a soft fabric and flows nicely with the summer breeze. Also, I am into a lot of basic and neutral colors right now, so this piece is perfect because it captures exactly the kind of clothing I usually go for.
Pulling this pretty playsuit was easy, I just added my fave wool felt hat, hemp wedges from Sam Edelman, and round sunnies from Vintage Clothing. I am carrying an Arhuacan Mochila, made by the Arhuacans, Colombian Indigenous. My silver dachshund necklace is from a local jewelry designer @elaurastore.
I had a lot of fun shooting this outfit, it was a gorgeous day! Enjoy. Xx.

As a painter having the pleasure to put your hands on a Louis Vuitton Bag and create art with it is amazing. I got to combine two of my favorite things in life: Art & Fashion.
I had this bag for a long time before I was able to put my hands on it. I was hesitant, I didn’t wanted to ruin it, or even worse, I didn’t know if the owner of the bag, my client, was going to love it. But I set my mind, and my creativity started to flow. I wanted something bold and beautiful, edgy and sexy at the same time.
So I started walking around my house, to get inspired by things, obejects and stuff, when I saw the Rolling Stones Book, and rambled thru the pages. The ‘Licks’ Tour caught my eye. And well, hello to the new LV bag ‘Licks’ by IndiGa leyiAh.
I totally love boyfriend jeans but i was not lucky when it came to find the great match until now! I found the most adorable pair, already with an old finish kinda look, and the perfect length and size. This pair is from Gap, but I got this babies at my fave consignment store, Alexis Suitcase for half of the price. You can follow them on Facebook,Instagram and Twitter @AlexisSuitcase, and find out about the latest trends and awesome deals this guys have to offer.
What I love about buying consignment is that each garment is very unique, it has character and it doesn’t scream new or newbie!:)
I matched up my boyfriend jeans with a basic black t-shirt from Forever21 and some cute
black stilettos from Aldo. Some gold and silver chains with amulets and stones, and off course my latest obsession, the No Wave’ 47mm Sunglasses from CRAP Eyewear. Added a Rebecca Minkoff bag, also from Alexis Suitcase, and this is the result!xx.
I love creative prints! That’s why I fell in love with this bunny print dress from eShakti. Is so cute and the cut is amazing. Love the neck strapless part of it. Perfect for wedding, summery days, picnics and even for a chic bike ride. I styled this cute vintage look alike dress with some UGGS Sandals in turquoise, sunnies from CRAP eyewear and flower crown made by me which you can get at my e store http://www.etsy.com/shop/indigaleyiah
Cupon Code ‘vindes’ to get 10% OFF when shopping in http://www.eShakti.com only for my readers 😉
We are finally starting to smell the summer. These sunny days are just perfect for a walk. For a festival summery type of look I wore an outback woolfelt wide brim hat, top by Abercrombie and Fitch, shorts by Anthropology, bag by Rebecca Minkoff and booties by House of Harlow. My sunnies are by CRAP eyewear.
This spring is all about blush crush! I love blush or pale pink and you can combine with almost everything. Blush is the new white, perfect for this spring days. What a better way to wear blush with some camel leopard jeans from 5th Culture, top from Forever 21, shoes by Superga, and my lovely vintage bag from Dooney and Bourke. I added round oversized sunnies which I call Alien glasses, and voila! Xx.
Signs of spring are here. The trees are blooming and so Am I. March has been good to me! I needed a day like this. A sunny, breezy day perfect to recharge batteries, breathe fresh air and get inspired by the surroundings. They are beautiful. The world is beautiful everywhere. I’m wearing American Apparel velvet leggings, Forever 21 Top, Superga silver sneakers, and an Arhuacan Mochila. Love and high vibe energies to everyone! Xx.
These past days have been fantastic and warm. I love summer days. Is a lot of fun when the temperature rises and we have lovely weather. Don’t get me wrong, I do love winter and I enjoy the winter fashion, but this winter has been pretty intense, and a glimpse of summer is refreshing and full of high vibes. I was in the mood for a neon cashmere sweater by J Crew. Love love this piece because is pretty soft and bright and fun. I wore a pair of skinny jeans by Heritage, and I absolutely adore this New Balance 420 sneakers specially, custom made for Nordstrom. Cross body purse by Bally. I had a blast in this outfit, feeling super comfy to explore more about the city. Xx.

Last night I attended a bloggers event at Alexis Suitcase, a high end consignment store, very well recognized in the fashion industry here in Atlanta. It was a night full of fashion and fun. We got to shop the best designer brands at awesome prices and meet and greet with other bloggers around ATL. I have to say I was in love with their Louis Vuitton collection. From almost new pieces to the most gorgeous vintage suitcases, kinda like old Hollywood glamour. They carry major designer brands like Chanel, Prada, Escada, Bally, Salvatore Ferragamo, Kate Spade, and Gucci, to Michael Kors, Burberry, Valentino, and many more. Not to mention, they also carry other brands like Free People, Anthropology, Guess, Jcrew, and also boutique Stuff. It really is a shopping delight. You can’t beat their quality and prices anywhere.
Alexis Suitcase has it all, and their staff was really amazing and helpful making sure our shopping experience was the best. Cool music, hors d’oeuvres, drinks and models.
It was really nice to mingle with people who have the same interest as I do. We got to talk about fashion, take pictures and have fun.
I also had the opportunity to style some of the mannequins for the store, and giving my personal touch was definitely gratifying. I hope you guys like the pictures! For more info on how consignment works, what they offer and online shopping visit their web page at http://www.alexissuitcase.com and have an awesome shopping spree! I know you guys will love it as much as I did. Xx.
