This spring is all about blush crush! I love blush or pale pink and you can combine with almost everything. Blush is the new white, perfect for this spring days. What a better way to wear blush with some camel leopard jeans from 5th Culture, top from Forever 21, shoes by Superga, and my lovely vintage bag from Dooney and Bourke. I added round oversized sunnies which I call Alien glasses, and voila! Xx.
No one was expecting three or more inches of snow and that for sure caused a lot of chaos. People had to abandon their cars and walk miles and miles to get home or to get to the Nearest shelter. The southern capital of Atlanta collapsed. I have never seen something like this. A whole city paralyzed, captured by the inclement weather. It was a wake up call for me to learn to be more prepared to this kind of emergency situations. Luckily I made it home and I had the opportunity to enjoy the weather. It was very pretty. The roofs covered in this white carpet and the trees dipped in the melting snow. I was happy to see the snow but it was also bitter sweet because I had some of my family and friends stranded in the inclement weather. Trapped with no food or gas. Hopefully the city of Atlanta would be better prepared for next years. And our fellows from the north can have also a bit more compassion because it was no joke what happened here. Hopefully everyone is safe and we all learn from this experience!!!
These winter days have been amazingly beautiful, sunny days make me happy! Shooting with the suns energy is spectacular, you get to feel this warm energy thru your body turning out your pictures in really good ones! Nature has always been part of me and I love to go outdoors and feel that connection with the trees, lakes, animals from the area and so…. For this look I opted for a vintage and comfy cardigan sweater, leopard leggings from forever21, lace top from Free People, beanie hat from H&M and shoes from Deena & Ozzy for UO. Xx.

After waiting for almost three weeks to get my wide brim wool hat on the mail, I was really exited to finally wear it! It is the most gorgeous hat ever, 100% wool felt and crushable so it will last forever. I can fold it and pack it up in a suitcase, and the hat will conserve its normal mold. This amazing hat is from Dorfman Pacific Company, and this handmade hats have been made since 1921 here in the U.S.A. I really wanted a hat for so long but I could never find one that fitted perfectly and that I really loved. did I forgot to mention that is water repellent? This hat virtually laughs at the rain!
I also wore a cute little checker pattern dress from UO, tights from Madden Girl and some high heel booties from Gianni Bini. I love the SUNNY winter days, enjoy! Xx.

I love to wear colorful clothes. specially in the winter to feel more alive. I think is really nice to give a pop of color to these cold days. A pop of color will do exactly that, without being too flashy. Specially in the winter where everybody likes to wear black and white. I wore some corduroy Joe’s Jeans in mint pastel color, a long sleeve shirt from H&M, suede Dolce Vita booties and my fave turquoise beanie hat.

This skirt romper from UO I gotta love! Very light fabric and soft, with a gorgeous vintage flower print, perfect to light up these winter days. Super breezy and sexy. Combined with my favorite and must have chained booties from Forever21. Underneath the floral romper, I wore a basic black top form forever21.
I like to add color to the winter by wearing my Russian red lipstick from MAC. Added a Swarovski crystal pendant from Oliver Weber, amethyst ring and my fave silver and mother of pearl bracelet to complete the whole look.
I remember a story that caught my heart when I was a little girl, it was the novel by English author Frances Hodgson Burnett. A classic story for children that never went away in my mind. I felt it was a very emotional story, and I felt a deep connection with Mary Lennox, the girl of the story.
I found my own secret garden, a beautiful place…..
…What was this under her hands which was square and made of iron and which her finger found a hole in?
It was the lock of the door which had been closed ten years and she put her hand in her pocket, drew out the key and found it fitted the keyhole. She put the key in and turned it. It took two hands to turn it, but it did turn. And then she took a long breath and looked behind her up the long walk to see if anyone was coming. No one was coming. No one ever did it seemed, and she took another long breath, because she could not help it, and she held back the swinging curtain of ivy and pushed back the door that opened slowly – slowly. Then she slipped through it, and shut it behind her, and stood with her back against it, looking about her and breathing quite fast with excitement, and wonder, and delight.
She was standing inside the secret garden.

Here comes the sun….. That’s all I could think when I was shooting this look! Fall is in it’s very splendor. Lots of reds, oranges and yellows. Leaves falling everywhere, creating a very beautiful view. Nature combined with the city. Even a crane was part of the team!!!
Is getting colder every day but I still pulled of a look that was cozy, but yet, not very accessorized by layers of clothes. I am wearing one of my favorite shirts. An Urban Outfitters foxy sweatshirt. Foxes are like my favorite animal ever. White jeans from Joe’s, white purse by Ivanka Trump, and shoes by Vince Camuto. Join me thru this lovely walk!
Walking your dog is one of those chores you have to do to keep your pet happy. I don’t see it as a chore though, because is also a healthy way for me to exercise. I get so much enjoyment from my walks with Emmylou because I know she is happy, and because I get to contemplate the precious view of the neighborhood.
I am Blessed enough to have a dog park nearby with gorgeous trees, streams and all kinds of animals: ducks, turtles, snakes, squirrels, birds, and many more. There’s no way I wouldn’t enjoy it.
Every time I see these creatures of nature, I thank the universe for the opportunity to be alive and enjoy such majestic creations.
Life is not always perfect, but it’s the way you choose to see it that makes it beautiful. Even in the darkest places, there will always be light. I encourage myself everyday to see life from a perspective of learning. No matter what you are dealing with in life, what really matters is to stick with yourself. Always have faith and believe that anything that happens to you is for your best interests. Even if you can’t see it right away or even understand it.
I hope you guys enjoy yourselves every day and enjoy the pictures of my walks with Emmylou.
This is the third and final look of Urban Art Meets Fashion. I hope you guys enjoyed the three posts and the looks. I am wearing H&M denim, a knitted wool sweater in brown, gray and navy blue from Zara, suede booties by Brazilian designer Burana, Black and Tan leather totem bag by Christopher Kon, and a turquoise necklace to give a pop of color to the whole look. Enjoy!
This is the second look of the shoot “Where Urban Art Meets Fashion”. I opted for a casual striped skirt by Abercrombie & Fitch, a baby blue shirt that I got for 3 bucks at a consignment store, a knitted navy poncho by Land’s End Canvas 1963 (perfect for fall weather), and one of my favorite leather booties by Gianni Binni (available at Dillards). You will see me with these booties a LOT!!!
This look is classic but edgy at the same time. The combination of the skirt and the booties gives a fun touch touch to the look.
In this part of town in Atlanta, I found lots of graffiti and really cool artistic expressions. Wandering in the city is the only way you get to know this artistic spots. I encourage everyone to go and explore the museums, conservatories, botanic gardens, flea markets, art shows, vineyards, natural and recreational parks, petting zoos, and many more. You will find amazing things, learn, and nurture your soul!!!
So I decided to go around town to find some spots and dig into the culture of the city. Driving around Atlanta I found amazing street art, graffiti, and the industrial zone that has been converted into urban lofts. This area unites people from all backgrounds, but especially artists, musicians, and entertainers. Feeling inspired by the view, the railroad tracks and the energy of this place made possible this shoot which captured a concept: Where Urban Art Meets Fashion.
I am wearing: H&M electric blue skinny pants, a vintage jacket and eel purse from a local consignment store, H&M black shirt with lace on the collar and high heels Oxford’s by Ellen Tracy. Lately I am super into black and blue. It is my fashion statement for the season. And remember, it is not about the high fashion brands you wear. It’s about having a sense of style, getting inspired by daily feelings, and creating looks with whatever you have in your own closet. That’s the true talent.
